The History of Machine Tools & the positive future

This is a landmark edition of Machine Tools Africa! There is almost nothing in this modern world that has not in some way been touched or affected by machine tools – that is why Machine Tools Africa has always been co-located with other shows. The conundrum has always been which show to co-locate with? From mining to packaging, & security to marketing – a machine tools exhibition works in every environment and Specialised Exhibitions Montgomery runs exhibitions in all these industries – even the ‘simple act’ of constructing exhibition stands is dependent on machine tools.

In the past Machine Tools co-located with the massive Electra Mining expo but after a full hall sell-out at the previous event it was decided to create the stand-alone Machine Tools expo. Bravo to the Machine Tool Industry & the MTMA for their continued growth.
